The one and only - famous Estonian chicken soup

Dear foodies. We are sorry for the lack of posts lately, but apparently there haven't been many interesting stuff to talk about. But one idea, this one idea has been in our minds since last summer. That's not even a real idea, its actually a recipe for chicken soup. So you see, its not even a real food, its a soup.

Although the soup was really popular during Soviet era and it had an important role in every proletarian family. The soup was so important, that its probably mentioned in Lenin's "Communist Manifesto". So, what makes its so huge? Is it the soft and layered texture of chicken? Is it the crunchy carrots? Or maybe the Lithuanian's beloved potatoes?  The answer lays probably far all of them, because Chicken soup is one of those foods which you can cook in every single place in the world. Even in some hell hole of Kahketia, Georgia.

So let's get to it. At first you need some components to make this wonderful masterpiece, here some of them:
* Chicken (usually couple wings or legs, depends of the number of servings)
* 4-5 potatoes
* 1-2 carrots
* 1-2 onions
* two palms of some small pasta, like ditalini or anellini.
* lots of herbs by your own choice or a soup cube.

Side dish:
* Beer or water (usually in that order)
* Black bread with butter and salt (really hard to get outside of Baltic's, so you can leave it out)

Directions
1. Full the soup pot with water, pot should be around this size. (can be bigger)
2. Put the bot on the fire and wait until it starts to boil.
3. Meanwhile start pealing the potatoes, carrots and onions.
4. Cut all the vegetables into chunks, like this.
5. When the water starts to boil - put the chicken into the water and let him stay there until skin starts getting of from the bones (should be around 15-20 minutes, depends on the age of chicken).
6. Continue cutting the vegetables.
7. Continue. Cut until every single vegetable is a small cube (strategical measures 15x15x15 mm).
8. Now very important part - take the chicken out from the pot and substitute it with all the vegetables.
9. Let the water boil and now take all the skin and meat from chicken bone.
10. Put the chicken into the put.
11. Add pasta.
12. Have a sip of beer.
13. Wait until pasta and potatoes are soft.
14. Soup is ready, make some sandwiches and open another beer. Soup is ready to eat.

So the whole process should look like this:
1. Cut vegetables into chunks, 2. boil the chicken, 3. remove eatable stuff from chicken, 4. and put everything into the pot until its soft and ready.
Now, when the soup is ready serve it in a soup bowl with beer and bread. Beer is really important, because soup could be burningly hot, so beer is a possibility to cool your tongue down. Some weirdos add sour cream also, but we don't suggest that.

As you see the process is easy and everyone can make it.
